Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 8, 2025
1. Finality of Payments and Transfers
To protect the business interests of all parties, all payments and transfers made through AtlantisPay are final and non-reversible.
Before completing any transaction, users are strongly advised to carefully review and confirm payment details, ensuring that they are making the payment of their own free will.
Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or disputed through AtlantisPay.
2. User Responsibility
- Only users have access to their own accounts and funds. AtlantisPay does not have the authority to process or cancel payments on behalf of users.
- Users must take full responsibility for verifying the recipient's information and transaction amount before authorizing any payment.
- AtlantisPay is not liable for payments sent to incorrect recipients due to user error.
3. Exceptional Cases
While transactions are generally irreversible, in rare cases where a merchant or recipient agrees to issue a refund, users must contact the recipient directly to arrange the refund.
- Refunds, if any, are subject to the policies of the receiving party, not AtlantisPay.
- Any fees associated with refunds will be determined by the merchant or recipient and are outside of AtlantisPay's control.
4. Transaction Errors & Compliance
If a user experiences technical issues during a transaction, such as an incomplete or failed payment, they should:
- Check their transaction history in the AtlantisPay app or website to confirm the status.
- Contact AtlantisPay support for assistance if the transaction remains unresolved.
- Provide necessary details (transaction ID, recipient information, and payment amount) to facilitate the resolution process.
5. Fraud Prevention & Dispute Handling
AtlantisPay implements advanced security measures, including AI-powered fraud detection and multi-factor authentication, to protect users against fraud.
However, if a user suspects unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, or account compromise, they should:
- Immediately change their account password and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Report the issue to AtlantisPay support with relevant details.
- If needed, report the fraudulent activity to local law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
AtlantisPay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious or unauthorized activities to protect lawful users and prevent financial losses.
